Booking Your Move
| Q. How far in advance do I need to book a removal? |
| A. We usually advise booking at least a month in advance to ensure you get the move date of your choice. |

| Q. Will I receive a quote in writing? |
| A. Yes. A Furniture Freighters representative can visit your location for a FREE no-obligation quotation or you can complete the details yourself using our online form. Our quotations are valid for 30 days. |

| Q. What if I need to cancel a booking? |
| A. No problem! You can cancel up to 48 hours before the move date and you will not be charged. A 30% booking fee will be charged if you fail to cancel within this period so please make sure you give us good notice. |

Insurance
| Q. Do I need insurance? |
| A. We strongly recommend insuring your possessions while in transit or in storage. While all care is taken, events and accidents can occur which are outside of our control. |

| Q. Do Furniture Freighters provide insurance cover? |
| A. Yes. We offer insurance cover for your goods while in transit. We will advise you of options available at the quotation stage. |

| Q. But I already have home contents insurance... |
| A. Some insurance policies do not provide cover for your contents while in transit. While some policies do provide cover for relocation we advise you check the details of your individual policy documentation carefully or call your insurance provider for assitance. |

Packing
| Q. Can Furniture Freighters pack for me? |
| A. Definitely. Furniture Freighters can provide a complete professional pack of all your belongings for the big day. |

| Q. Can I use my own boxes for packing? |
| A. It is better to use the boxes we provide. Our cartons are specially designed to both protect your goods and maximise space efficiency in our vehicles. |

| Q. Are there any items you won't move? |
A. We DO NOT MOVE goods which are (or could become) dangerous including corrosive, inflammable or explosive goods. For example, petrol, gas bottles, chemicals or aerosols. Machinery such as lawnmowers which use petrol should be emptied prior to pick-up. Please check with your representative if you are unsure about goods which may fall under these categories.
